Warranty Information

Warranty and Repairs:

Warranty Period:

One (1) year after purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

The warranty covers defects in parts, components, materials, or any workmanship or manufacturing defects.

If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product at our discretion.

What's not covered:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any damage caused by accidents or natural disasters.

The waranty also does not cover any product explicitly labled as "Demo" or "Promotional", nor counterfeit products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

How to make a warranty claim:

To make a warranty claim or a repair request, please contact us through our Contact page. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.

Repair Process:

If your product is eligible for warranty repair, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please ensure that you package the product securely to prevent any damage during shipping.

Returns and Refunds:

Cancelation:

You can cancel within three (3) days upon ordering as long as it has not been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined below.

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that bank and shipping fees may apply, and these fees will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
